a. Service Request: To initiate service, you must contact Bensman Home Computer Repair via phone, email, or through our website to request assistance. We will schedule an appointment at your convenience.

b. Service Fee: We charge a fee for our services, which will be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins.

c. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

d. Scope of Service: Bensman Home Computer Repair will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and resolve computer-related issues. We cannot guarantee the success of every repair, as the outcome may depend on various factors.

3. Data Privacy

a. Data Protection: We respect your privacy and take data protection seriously. While performing computer repairs, we may need to access your files and data. We will treat your data with the utmost confidentiality and take measures to protect it.

b. Backup Responsibility: It is your responsibility to back up your important data before requesting our services. Bensman Home Computer Repair is not liable for any data loss.

4. Warranty and Liability

a. Warranty: We provide a limited warranty for our services, which covers the work performed for a specified period. This warranty does not cover new issues or problems unrelated to the initial repair.

b. Limitation of Liability: Bensman Home Computer Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products.

5. Appointment Cancellation

a. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

a. Cooperation: You are responsible for providing accurate information and cooperating with our technicians during the repair process.

b. Software Licensing: You must possess valid licenses for any software requested to be installed or used during the repair.

7. Termination

a. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if we determine that the service request violates these Terms or if there are safety concerns.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee and the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Memphis and Shelby County.
